Manufactured with the latest fiberglass technology, this special process squeezes out all air inclusions. Thus, a 100% material bond is achieved. This thus entails a high-strength and load-bearing outer shell with maximum insulation values. The two soft inner shells achieve a TOP value in the ECE-22.05 test. A blow on the outer shell is absorbed over a wide area and distributed over the entire helmet.

Equipped with a high-quality, removable and washable lining and double-D lock system.

SO THE „TWIN-SHELL-SYSTEM“
The „TWIN SHELL SYSTEM“ is a combination of two soft shells inside the helmet. With this special procedure we achieve absolute TOP values in the ECE-22.05 test:
The hard impact on the outer shell is absorbed over a wide area and distributed almost over the entire helmet. The residual impact force is applied to the specially developed and patented „TWIN-SHELL-SYSTEM“
