Gen-Z is the Leather Combination from Dainese that provides the best protection for those who start professional racing at the age of 12 to 16. Dainese brings the same technology as in adult models into a suit designed for young drivers. Like the riders' suits from the MotoGP, the Gen-Z also has the distinctive metal plates on the shoulders, which offer maximum impact protection and react to any slipping on the asphalt. The metal plates on the shoulders - a Dainese trademark and exclusive patent - let the driver slip in the event of a fall and reduce the risk of dangerous rolling. A decisive difference from plastic materials which wear out faster due to abrasion, since they have better adhesion on the asphalt. The Gen-Z is characterized by soft leather which has been specially developed for this application and offers optimum comfort and excellent abrasion resistance properties. As with the adult combis, the biaxial elastic band on the back helps to better understand every movement of the body and at the same time to ensure maximum freedom of movement. Protectors on shoulders, elbows, knees and hips guarantee maximum safety in the event of an impact.
