The AST-1 v2 Air jacket is an exceptionally lightweight and durable jacket with a main mesh shell for superior ventilation, optimized for use with or without Tech-Air® 5, Alpinestars' world-leading electronic airbag safety system, and providing a personalized sports ride fit.

CONSTRUCTION

• Tech-Air® 5 ready; Tech-Air® is the world's first fully electronic, self-contained, completely independent upper body motorcycle airbag system that requires no bike-to-rider setup configurations.
• Strategically positioned stretch panel inserts have been developed to accommodate the Alpinestars airbag system. They allow expansion when the airbag is inflated, but also offer a high level of anatomical performance and an excellent fit when you are driving without the system.
• Made of durable 600 denier poly fabric and featuring extensive mesh inserts strategically placed on the front, back and arms to ensure optimal airflow performance.
• Removable Alpinestars Nucleon Flex protectors in the elbows and shoulders are lightweight, slim and promote exceptional shock resistance.
• GP Lite on the shoulders for superior abrasion resistance in a key area.

• The CE marking is a condition for the placing on the market of this product under European law. The following standards apply to this product:
• Fully CE-tested motorcycle clothing to the standards CE - Category II prEN17092 - Class A
• CE Level 1 EN1621-1:2012 Alpinestars Nucleon Flex shoulder and elbow protectors.
